Placing an order is easy! Simply browse our collection, select your favorite suit, choose your size and color, and click "Add to Cart". Once you're ready, go to your cart and click "Checkout". Fill in your delivery details and complete the payment. You'll receive an order confirmation email within minutes.

You can modify or cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. After that, we begin processing your order for shipment. To make changes, contact our customer support immediately at +91 88888 88888 or email support@suitkart.com with your order ID.

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via SMS and email. You can also track your order by clicking on "Track Order" in the footer or by logging into your account and viewing your order history. Enter your order ID to see real-time updates.

We offer free shipping across India. Standard delivery takes 4-7 business days depending on your location. Metro cities typically receive orders within 3-5 days, while remote areas may take 7-10 days. You'll receive tracking information once your order is dispatched.

Yes! We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders up to ₹5,000. A small COD fee of ₹50 may apply. For orders above ₹5,000, we recommend online payment for faster processing and additional 5% discount.

We offer a 7-day easy return policy. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. Free gifts must also be returned.

To initiate a return, log into your account, go to "My Orders", select the order you want to return, and click "Return Item". Fill in the reason for return and submit. Our team will review and approve your request within 24 hours. You'll then receive return instructions via email.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. For COD orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer or UPI.

We strive to display colors as accurately as possible. However, colors may vary slightly due to lighting during photography and screen settings. The actual product color may differ by 5-10% from what you see on your screen.
